We believe in providing effective and eternal solutions to the world’s problems. Given that each community has its own unique set of challenges and needs, our projects and initiatives will vary in nature, but our underlying mission remains consistent - the transformation of lives. 

At Envia we take a comprehensive approach in providing solutions to very complex and systemic problems. If we were to step back and look at all the problems in the world we are easily overwhelmed. The questions are deep: Where do you start? Will anything I do really make a difference? How did it all get this way to begin with? The realities we encounter around the world demands we ask questions. However, we can go beyond a mere intellectual exercise of answering these questions. It is our moral responsibility to not only ask questions, but to seek viable life-changing solutions. It is possible! 

When we enter into a community we first seek out a church who is committed to loving Christ and people. Then we evaluate the community's needs (social, spiritual, socio-economic, intellectual, physical, etc.) For instance, when we encounter a poverty stricken, hopeless community the evaluation of the situation is very swift, but then it quickly propels us to ask very specific questions. These questions (may or may not be answered immediately) will lead us to uncover the root-cause of many of these superficial issue. Poverty is only a symptom caused by other bedrock issues that have gone unaddressed for quite some time. The questions encompass a wide-range of issues (i.e. education, employment, hunger, resources, family patterns). Just like the questions span over a vast array of areas, so does our work.

We do not work in isolation. Our strategic partnerships are crucial to the success of Envia. We work closely with policy makers, business professionals, gifted individuals, companies, healthcare experts, community leaders and local church leaders to effectively reach a community. Our most vital partnership is the one with the local church on the ground. We believe eternal transformation is sustained at the level of the local church. This level of transformation significantly impacts everything else in life. 

 Through our work we seek to create spaces for transformation to take place in the lives of people. These spaces are created through our various programs(i.e. micro-finance opportunities, feeding children, skill-training for various groups, personal workshops, entrepreneurship classes, organized recreation, hygiene class, addiction recovery groups). As needs are prioritized, programs are developed to adequately address them. 

We are not about a quick-fix, throw-a-class-at-it approach. We are committed to the community we serve; we love the people. Communities are all about people. When you help an individual you are making an inroad into their community.
